Two weeks ago I have bought a 15kg dumbell from amazon at an astonishing price for only £25. The special things about this dumbell is the steel made from chrome and the retail price is about £50, so it is a good bargain. Well, the reason I bought it is quite obvious, to get stronger..haha. I know it is very easy to get injuries from these kind of training so I bought a guide book together with the dumbell to learn the correct way of using this equipment.
